I knew instantly when I first got
onto YouTube in 2006 that this was the wave of the future, and I
was going to amass great success from it in my affiliate and
network marketing ventures. The potential for residual income
absolutely blew my mind, and I was sure I would finally get the
income I was seeking. Video marketing spoke to the entrepreneur in
me, and I could clearly see this as the next frontier for business
owners, but even I wasn't aware of just how quickly this market
would explode.
Here's the deal. Folks are lazy, plain and
simple. People would much rather view a video than read a
newspaper, article, or other forms of print media. Large TV

You finally got your PPC campaign
going. You have your keywords and all the important synonyms and
related phrases and you are ready to set up for six months. PPC
campaigns need a good management plan if you want it to remain
effective. So it means you should not sit back and let it run
itself, it's you that has to keep everything working well.
It
would be nice to be able to set up a PPC campaign and let it run
on its own, that's not likely to work. Instead, it's important to
track activity on each ad to see if it's really as productive and
efficient if you like. Use AdWords tools to help calculate the
traffic percentage brought in by each ad. Then, check out
information your web host can provide to find out what traffic
actually led to sales. After all, a click that doesn't lead to a
sale is a waste of money.
Keyword ads that aren't effective
at producing sales are a drain on your resources. Idle keywords
could be replaced by those which are more useful. Keywords that
bring traffic, but don't lead to sales, cost money without giving
you a return. You'll pay for every click, even the ones that don't
produce a sale for you.
You can do something about the
advertising that is not getting good results. First, you have to
make sure your advertising is well put together. Your ad should be
in the first five to ten pages of a search. If it is not there,
you should address the advertising content and replace what isn't
working for you. It could be time to look at your keywords and
phrases to see if they are the problem.
Most people want
the more popular keywords - it does make some sense to go with

will tell you which keywords need replacing with an effective one

Apply the three points below to any
sales website to easily and quickly increase the website
conversion rate.
1. Your website should load in under 10
seconds.
Use the online tools provided at
http://www.iwebtool.com/speed_test or a straightforward dial-up
service to check your website's load time. You should be able to
clock how long it takes for your website to load on a high-speed
internet connection (i.e. broadband) in the United States.
The
main culprits behind slow load times are graphics, so focus on
these first if it takes too long to load your website. Shorten the
load time of your website significantly by opting for graphic
files which are still high quality but are also smaller in size.
Keep in mind that incorrect use of tables can be a contributor to
slow load times as well.
If you have navigated to a slowly
loading website, you may have noticed the the entire site doesn't
appear for 20 seconds; then...POW! The entire site appears all at
once. This results from creating ONE table to hold the entire
sales letter.
Instead of using tables for layout, use
cascading style sheets (CSS). Use at least two or three smaller,
quick-loading layout areas, so that a visitor to your website will
have something to view while the remainder of your page loads.
2.
Your website should make a good appearance on all monitor sizes
and resolutions.
It is important to remember that there are
some online shoppers who may not have one of the newer, larger and
high-resolution (e.g. 19 or more inches; 1280x1024 res) computer
monitors. Your site should be viewable to all internet users,
including those using older, smaller, lower-resolution monitors
(e.g. 15 inches; 800x600 resolution).
If your website is
designed with fixed pixels, those surfers having smaller monitors
must scroll across just to see your entire page. This is annoying
and that's the last thing that you want to do to your
visitors.
3. The reader should not have to strain to view
your website.
Are you using easily-readable, standard, and
readily-available fonts and font sizes? The eyes get much more
tired reading from a computer screen than from a printed
page.
Take a page out of a direct-marketing advertiser's
guidebook. 12-point courier is the easiest to read and is the font
of choice when using direct marketing mail. The purpose of using
more available and common font types in your website design is to
ensure consistency in your site's appearance. You may not like how
your site looks when, because a visitor to your website does not
have the font you used on his own computer (i.e. because it is not
easily available), his browser defaults to the font selected in
its settings.
Keep in mind when designing your website that
if you have a signature made using script font, it may not appear
correctly to a shopper whose computer does not have that
particular font. You can ensure a more consistent appearance of
your signature on your website if you scan it and use the
resulting image file instead of script font.
Long passages
of text should be broken up into smaller paragraphs and shorter
sentences. Use plenty of white space because a lot of text without
vertical space is unpleasant to the reader. Place the fine print
in the required parts of your website that you hope no one
visits.
Use the 3 methods described above on your sales
website. Online shoppers will find your site easier to view, and
you will be pleasantly surprised by how many of them actually end
up making a purchase!

others to view your profile, be sure you've created a few blogs.
Information and videos will keep people fixed to your page as you
strategically build your name and credibility in your local

It all comes down to choosing the
right of keywords and phrases. By researching what works best you
should come up with quality keywords and phrases that give
results. Make a list to start with and consider what will work for
you. Start with one of the very popular keywords, "credit".
This word gets typed into search engines every day- maybe even
every minute. But if everyone else is using it how can you make it
work, too? The best method is to include some related terms that
are specific to your business.
This is where you need to
think like one of your customers and start using the words they
will type into their search engine at home. The word credit goes
with many services, things like credit cards, credit reports or
consolidating poor credit to name just a few. So when you've got
yourself a list, you can start to narrow it down further.
These
longer concepts become a series of terms that people search for,
all related to your basic keyword. "Credit" becomes
"free credit report", "get better credit",
"bad credit loan" and "consolidate credit cards".
There are lots of other options, and these words are just a little
different from the original keyword. You can keep expanding from
there.
Stick to the basic concept, but expand your
horizons. There are plenty of credit related search terms, like
the names of the individual bureaus, consolidation companies and
more. Mix them in as part of your first list, and you'll have
created a number of different keyword groups from just one
starting term. Go on to create ad groups made up entirely of
consolidation companies, for instance.
Add an extension,
such as .org, .net, or .com to the end of the search term, or
consider the extension of a country you're targeting. It doesn't
even matter if that domain doesn't exist. Some people still type
this kind of search term in. You'll expose them to your ads,
increasing your chances of a well targeted click.
Remember
to avoid very general keywords. There's too much competition for
these. Instead, expand on related terms, and rephrase existing
keyword phrases. It's easy to turn "free credit report"
around to get "credit report free". While the concept is
the same, this phrase will reach a different set of viewers. Just
ask yourself what your target audience is going to search for, and
use the answers to that question to choose your keyword groups.
Remember that search terms can be in an unusual order.
A
good keyword list is the best way to start out a PPC campaign.
Once you get a winning combination of words you are on your way to
success.

No, viral marketing isn't like a
computer virus, but it is a marketing tactic that spreads like a
virus from person to person. Catch the drift? This is powerful
marketing at its best, and Web 2.0 is the hot breeding ground.
It
is otherwise known as "buzz marketing," but viral
marketing just refers to any trick or strategy to establish buzz,
while getting other individuals to market you product or service
for you. This is all done with no extra effort on your behalf.
This can be extremely effective for real estate professionals like
investors, realtors, agents, brokers and it's very
lucrative.
Take a look at this example: Imagine that you
send an informational email to 100 people, and 15 people pass it
on to another 100 and 15 of those do the same. What do you have
pretty quickly? You've got hundreds of thousands of people who
have received your precious information.
This is the very
genius behind viral marketing. It's about getting your message out
to exponentially more people than you ever could have by
conventional means. It seems sneaky, but you can basically target
prospects that will then be converted to your message and begin to
promote it.
When you tap into the secret power of the
popularity of online games, videos, graphics, and other programs
on sites like YouTube, you'll create a great network of friends
and proponents of your business.
Take advantage of this
viral approach when you send out any messages, bulletins, comments

In actuality, I caution you against
marketing directly on any of your profiles, as it can come across
as "spammy" and will quickly turn your potential real

account, flag your email and take your IP address so you cannot
participate on the network again.
On the reverse, it's good
to have a profile that will draw a massive friends list, and
accomplish this in minimal time. From there, you can then market
softly to the friends you've acquired.

When you utilise search engine
optimisation, you do so to rank well in search engines like
Google, MSN, and Yahoo. In Australia, Google dominates the search
market, with over 80% of the market share. Tests have also shown
that Google searches almost always turn into either sales or
inquiries much more often than searches done on other major search
engines. In other words, this means that Google generates much
more high quality search traffic. That's a pretty good reason to
focus mostly on Google for your search engine strategy.
With
Google, you'll find that you rank quite well as compared to the
others. For this, there's a three-step process by which you can
perform search engine optimisation. This topic is fairly complex
and companies spend a lot of money getting this done for them.
However, you can do this with three relatively simple steps.
Step 1: Doing Keyword Research Establish what keywords and
phrases are relevant to your service or product. Then, focus your
search engine optimisation efforts to maximise those. For example,
if your business is local, your keyword research is going to be
pretty straightforward. In that case, your keyword phrases are
going to be something along the lines of your business plus your
location. For example, if you are a carpet installer in Melbourne,
you'll want to say something to the effect of, "Carpet
installation Melbourne," or something similar. You can also
use keyword search tools, including a free tool such as
inventory.overture.com. There are also more sophisticated pay
tools like keyworddiscovery.com and WordTracker.com.
Step
2: On page Optimisation Optimise your website content. You've
probably heard that achieving high search engine rankings is all
about making sure the right keywords appear on your web pages.
Although this is part of the story, it's certainly an important
part of the puzzle and we call this on page optimisation. Here are
some of the most important on page optimisation tips.
1.
Make Sure Your Title Includes Your Keyword(s). At the blue bar on
the top of your web browser, your title label appears. It's also
the title of your webpage in the organic search results for
Google. This title should be concise and short, and have keywords
or keyword phrases in it. Put the most important keywords first,
and any secondary keywords afterward. For example, if you have
your carpet cleaning shop in Surry Hills in Sydney, you can say as
your title: Carpet Cleaning Sydney - Carpet Cleaning Surry Hills
Sydney." There's some repetition there, true, but it's got a
lot of keywords in it and it doesn't sound strange.
2.
Make Your Description Keyword Rich, Too. This is your "meta
description tag." It appears in your website code and
describes your page's content. This description should be rich in
keywords and should include complete sentences. For example, with
our carpet cleaner, your description could say: "Proper
Cleaner in Surry Hills, Sydney. Best Carpet Cleaning Service at a
Competitive Price."
3. Look at Your Headings. Search
engines place great importance on headings because they seem to
find important page content. Ensuring that your headings and
subheadings are keyword rich is a good start. For example, Full

4. Page Content
Matters, Too. Your page content needs at least one keyword rich
textual paragraph per page. You can repeat keywords used in your
headings in the content. Use a mix of related keyword phrases,

sure that, this time, I achieve the goals that I set?

my answer is...First, get clear about what is that you want to
achieve. You may think this is obvious but, more often than not
though, I find that prospective clients who come to me thinking
that they are clear about what they want, in fact, are not.
So,
how do you determine if you are clear about what you want?
Easy!
Can you tell me in 2 to 3 sentences what it is that you want to
achieve and why you want to achieve it? If you can, then
congratulations, you are well on your way. But be careful here,
make sure you are compelling to yourself when you say what you
want and why you want it.
Start by asking yourself what it
is that you want. Let's say you want to be rich. Excellent.
So, what does rich mean to you. Is it having a certain amount of
money? A particular type of life? A particular possession?
Once
you got clear about what you want and you established exactly what
rich means to you, tell yourself why this is a worthy goal to
accomplish. Why do you value being rich? What does being rich do
for you? What do you want to be able to exchange rich for?
Ok,
you know what you want and you know why you want it. Now what do
you do?
Yes, you are right if you said that you ask how it
makes you feel to achieve this goal. Put yourself in that picture.
Think about you with the achieved goal. What is it like to have
it? Understand how it makes you feel means getting to the essence
of what and why you want the goal.
What Do I mean by
Essence?
Essence is the intrinsic properties that serve to
characterize something. Achieving the particular goal that you
want gives you security, happiness, joy or confidence. Take the
time to identify the intrinsic properties of your goal
achieved.
You know that doing what you've always done gets
you more o what you already have...undesirable result.
Don't
hesitate. You are almost there. This time pledge to understand 1)
What you want, exactly 2) Achieve this goal because...? 3)
How you feel now that you've got it -- the essence
please!
Results that you want are there for your taking.
